Hello all! It’s exciting to now be a college graduate, and hope that hope that the grueling learning process associated with it would be put to rest but it simply allows more time to have more projects and new pieces to learn… Here is what I’m working on this fall in the realm of voice:
Benjamin Britten, A Charm of Lullabies
Edward Elgar, Sea Pictures
W. A. Mozart, “Non So Più” from Le Nozze di Figaro
W. A. Mozart, “Aprite, Presto, Aprite” from Le Nozze di Figaro, Cherubino/mezzo-soprano role
Leo Delibes, “Sous le dôme épais” (The Flower Duet) from Lakmé, Malika/mezzo-soprano role
Stephen Schwartz, “For Good” from Wicked
I plan on making one selection from both A Charm of Lullabies and Sea Pictures performance ready by November 21st, along with “Aprite, Presto, Aprite,” “Sous le dôme épais,” and “For Good.” A busy time for sure!
